Veterans' Exemption
Who qualifies
- Ownership
- Owner of the property, or the exemption may be applied to personal property / the vehicle governmental services tax.
- Residency
- Bona fide Nevada resident (established residence and either 6 months of actual residence or a valid, non-seasonal Nevada driver's license or ID). Served at least 90 consecutive days of active duty during a qualifying wartime/service period in NRS 361.090.
